Oh please.. you have such a great video here, but there's Just One Thing I feel I must address. You said that we humans are the only species who have a choice. That is just not true. I give some real-life examples of this. Lions, they hunt zebras in Africa. There was this one lion who found a younger zebra alone, somewhat hurt zebra there. Lion took care of this zebra, tended the zebra back to health and vitality by guarding it from other lions and perhaps even guiding the young zebra to zebra's food and water. Also, Polar Bears, they are very dangerous to humans too. But there's at least one Polar Bear who was so happy with his or her human companion, always taking baths with this human in USA or Canada, I think. There's video of it and I saw it myself. And finally, I've had four male Rats, pet rats if you will, even though I call them "companions" and not pets. One of those rats was a real saint pilgrim of a rat. He was always so happy when I came back home from work, but he always kept a bit of "distance" to me, so that I wouldn't get too attached to him. Very spiritual rat companion I had. And there are more. Rachel Fiori, spiritual master-level guide, wrote a book "Mason's Way", where she told of her dog companion who passed away, and then came back to Rachel in a dream or a vision or such, and this dog's spirit taught Rachel the 20 ways to enlightenment. And those ways are very real, I have been to them myself and there's this one very evolved spiritual person Paul Chek, who saw the value in Rachel's book. It is a book everyone who want to evolve and live a better life, should read. And you don't need to read it from cover to cover first, it's a book where going at your own pace after perhaps shifting through the book once, is good enough. The real work doesn't lie in reading the book, but in living fully the guidance offered in that book. What you are speaking about with the hugging draining you, is something I experienced during my internship in massage school. I got to the point where even my teachers were telling me that I looked like a zombie and I was crying every day when I left. I even put up different bubbles of energetic protection, but it didn't solve it. I have since also become picky about who I hug and when. I also recently learned that we release cortisol through our skin and it can get on to the people around us. I had also recently experienced something going through the air conditioner vents from my previous roommate and affecting both her daughter and I. It wasn't until the next day that I had found out what was going on, I just knew something was veryyyy off and that it wasn't my energy. I find it very interesting and always get excited when I can find new areas to put up boundaries. Thank you for all of your videos! I love your analogy of the high rise building and going up floors. You make me uncomfortable in areas that I am excited to heal and grow in. 💕

I was at the VA doctor's office and she was trying to talk me into a list of tests and I asked her if she ever heard of Kinesiology? She said yes and that was my response - muscle testing is when you ask your body what is best - technically called applied kinesiology. I ask my body first. She offered PT and my body said Yes!!

I think it's about looking for others to be our mother when that's always a disappointment as the youngest child you develop a way to just avoid a lot of conflict and go your own way but it can be walked on quite a bit too

Love this video unfortunately it's a shame that someone's death has to be the reminder about how precious life is. I get so tired of "tell someone you love them cuz tomorrow's not promised blah blah blah..." It shouldn't matter if you die tomorrow or a thousand years from now, you should be telling them you love them anyway.

Carolyn, I finally get it! My light is the most valuable treasure I have. Every thought that isn’t peaceful contributes to conflict outside of myself and I leak this light until I can come to peace again. I am struggling right now as I watch my mind bite on nonsense. My question is: How do I come back to peace when the closest people to me want conflict?
